Request data deletion

Use this page to ask Chattif to delete some or all personal data we hold about you, without deleting your Google Play account. This process applies to the Chattif mobile app and related services operated for Chattif App on Google Play.

How to request deletion

  1. Submit the form below using the same email address you use to sign in to Chattif.
  2. We send your request to our support team and email you a confirmation at that address.
  3. We verify the request, delete eligible Chattif data, and reply when processing is complete (typically within 30 days).
  4. To delete data inside Trello, Asana, or another connected tool, you must also use that provider's own settings — Chattif only controls data stored in Chattif.

Submit a deletion request

Enter the email address you use to sign in to Chattif. We will email support@objectif.solutions on your behalf and send you a confirmation at that address.

You can also email support@objectif.solutions directly from the same address you use in Chattif.

Data we delete from Chattif

When your request is approved and processed, we delete or anonymize Chattif-held data tied to your account, including:

  • Account profile (email, display name, sign-in preferences)
  • Connected provider credentials (for example Trello or Asana OAuth tokens)
  • Boards you chose to sync and watched-board settings
  • Task and comment copies cached in Chattif, including attachments you sent through Chattif
  • Read/unread markers, session data, and local sync metadata on our servers

Data we may keep (temporarily)

  • Security, fraud-prevention, and server logs for up to 90 days, then deleted or anonymized where possible
  • Backup copies for up to 30 days after deletion from active systems
  • Information we must retain to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms

Data that remains inside third-party task tools (Trello, Asana, etc.) is not deleted by Chattif — manage that separately with each provider.
